Brian Dunlop
Overall in charge of company, working with Board of Directors on strategy. Is the key person for signing contracts. Assessor of management NVQs and is one of the two qualified Internal Verifiers, also delivers ILM courses. Main duties include networking and attaining business. Is on the Board of the NTFW and is Vice Chairman of the mid Wales region.

Mike Morgan
Fully qualified Assessor and Internal Verifier, delivering mainly management and some engineering NVQs. Also delivers courses including engineering and management and is a fork lift truck instructor.

Steve McGill
Qualified Assessor and Mentor, mainly involved in engineering delivery and has the majority of engineering based clients. Could deliver courses but not active at this time. Looks after SEMTA Lead Body administration. Is qualified at NEBOSH level in Health and Safety.

Maurice Williams
Qualified Assessor. Can deliver engineering NVQs but not active at this time. Delivers management NVQs, especially Quality Level 4. Delivers ILM. Delivers courses including Power Press and other engineering courses, is a fork lift truck instructor. Manages health & safety portfolio for DCELLS purposes.

Janice Howells
Qualified Assessor, delivering administration NVQs. Is presently looking after financial management of the company. Acts as Courses Manager and could deliver courses in administration. Looks after Lead Body administration for OCR. Was in charge of ESF liaison with WEFO and managing finances.

Jean Vavere
Qualified Assessor and delivers administration and management NVQs. Can deliver courses in IT. Has been involved in WBL administration and is involved in the quality side of WBL, working closely with BD on Provider Performance Review. Looks after CMI Lead Body portfolio and administration. Was Courses Manager after JH. Managed the SALTF ESF project to completion and has gained substantial experience. Currently undertaking a MSD level 4.

Diane White
Team member recruited to look after the WBL administration role. Has completed her NVQ 2 in Business Administration and is starting a Modern Apprenticeship to gain her NVQ 3 and Framework. She covers the data processing and statistic area of the company required to maintain uploading of data to Welsh Assembly Government.
